Fiona Stokoe | Adelaide Dietitian at 360me Nutrition
Fiona is an Adelaide-based dietitian with over 10 years of experience working across private practice, aged care and disability support. Inspired by her own personal journey with weight management, she became a dietitian to help others build healthier, more confident relationships with food – tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.
Fiona is passionate about supporting people with healthy eating strategies that are individualised, realistic, and evidence based. She creates a warm and supportive environment where clients can speak openly about their challenges with food. Whether it’s general healthy eating support, food intolerance/IBS, weight management, or chronic disease management—such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or fatty liver—Fiona works with you to identify barriers, provide clear education, and empower you to build sustainable, long-term habits to feel good.
Having worked extensively in both aged care and disability, Fiona also has experience supporting individuals with dementia, intellectual disabilities and neurodivergence, each of which brings unique challenges when it comes to maintaining adequate and enjoyable food intake.
Outside of her work, Fiona is a keen recreational runner and is often training for upcoming events. She brings the same dedication, balance and compassion to both her professional practice and her time on the roads.
