Method:
1. Add egg, buttermilk and butter in a bowl and whisk together
2. Stir in flour, baking powder and protein powder
3. Add berries to the mixture once combined
4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook 2-4tbsp batter for 3 minute on each side or until browned. Repeat until all mixture is used.
5. Serve with with ~1tbsp reduced fat ricotta/high protein greek yoghurt or sugar free maple syrup and berries if desired Nutritional Information (1 serve -without toppings)
