Pennie is an Adelaide based dietitian and career scientist, which really just means she has a few letters after her name, including BHlthSc, MNutrDiet and PhD. Her area of interest and expertise is to look into the latest evidence-based health and lifestyle including health tech and digital information and couple this with practice centred knowledge to develop new and interesting food and beverage products, lifestyle programs to support the health needs of 360Me Nutrition clientele and industry stakeholders.
